The Mulholland Tennis Club offers one type of membership:
- Regular (Household and Single): Members and their household may make use of all Club facilities. It is an equity membership and the membership must be held in one name only.
Purchase price is $14,000 -- one time only. If you decide to sell your membership at some future point, seller receives 60% ($8400) back. Monthly dues are $230, plus the household must spend a minimum of $300 per quarter (billed calendar quarterly) on food/beverage ($150 per quarter for singles).
